Coms Alumnus Nolan Taylor Grad School Spotlight

The Communication Studies Department is so proud to spotlight one of our alumni, Nolan Taylor, as he begins a graduate school program this fall at Southeast Missouri State University.

Nolan will be working on a master’s degree in education administration with a concentration in sports management at Southeast Missouri State University.  Among Nolan’s notable accomplishments at Cal Poly, he previously played on the Mustang basketball team and also presented scholarly research with his research team at the May 2020 Social Science Student Symposium.  For Nolan’s senior project, he performed an experiment that examined issues of racism in the context of police brutality.  We wish Nolan all the best as he begins his new graduate program!
