Call for Papers: DePauw University’s National Undergraduate Conference

Students are invited to submit scholarly papers for presentation at DePauw University’s 45th National Undergraduate Honors Conference.  The conference will take place in Greencastle, Indiana form April 4-6, 2019.

The conference is designed to encourage undergraduate scholarship and facilitate the interaction between students and scholars in communication and theatre.  The conference planners welcome undergraduate-authored papers concerning all areas of communication and theatre, including rhetoric, interpersonal, small group, organizational, media theory and criticism, theatrical theory and criticism, film studies, etc.  

This is a working conference emphasizing a mentoring relationship with distinguished visiting scholars. Students collaborate with their guest professor in small-group seminars designed to refine and extend their ideas.  This is an excellent opportunity for students thinking about graduate or professional education beyond their undergraduate experience.

The deadline for paper submissions is January 7, 2019.
