Communication Studies students, alumni, and faculty members head to Portland, Oregon this year to attend the 92nd Annual Western States Communication Association (WSCA) Convention, February 18-21, 2022. Faculty and students in attendance will be presenting original research, sharing best practices in teaching, participating in academic service opportunities, and networking with scholars.

Organized by members of the Communication Studies Club, the banquet serve as an opportunity to meaningfully connect while also recognizing the many outstanding accomplishments of students in the major.

Coms Honor Society Book Drive Collects Over 300 Books

Lambda Pi Eta (LPH), the Communication Studies Honor Society, has concluded their 2021 philanthropic campaign! For their yearly service activity, LPH ran a month-long Book Drive for local schools in San Luis Obispo County.
